- Space is limited to the confines of your space and must follow all height restrictions
- Installed pipe and drape may not be moved/removed
- The hall is already carpeted
PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE: Electrical outlets, insurance (mandatory), material handling, electronic equipment, supplementary furnishing, storage facilities, set-up and tear-down services, parking, and carpet cleaning.

- One (1) 40” high bistro table with black spandex cover and two (2) bistro stools – add $80
- One (1) one-metre counter, with branded kick panel and two (2) counter stools – add $175
(Graphic files received after September 14 will have a 25% surcharge added)
Discounts are not provided if you don’t require a table with two chairs.

The number of discounted exhibitor passes is limited to three (3) per 10’x10’. Additional passes may be purchased at delegate rates.
Passes purchased at this rate will have badges identified as an “Exhibitor” and must have the same company name as the booth space.
