The Call for Presenters Guide has all the information you need:
- Descriptions of more than 100 technical sessions (presentation sessions and panel discussions) being planned by TAC’s volunteer committees in six technical tracks (Environment & Climate Change; Infrastructure & Asset Management; Mobility; Safety, Design & Operations; Technology; and Workforce Development)
- How to participate in presentation sessions and panel discussions, including details on the review process and timelines
- What you need to know before submitting an abstract or panelist application

Students!
Your paper may be eligible for a Student Paper Prize, which recognizes the excellence of papers delivered by students at the TAC conference.
The principal author must be a full-time student registered at a recognized post-secondary institution; when submitting an abstract, the submitter must select the Student Paper Prize option in TAC’s online submission portal; and the draft paper must be accepted with no conditions in Phase 2 of the review process.
